We would love to do free delivery if we can. However, the logistic companies are raising the delivery cost every year, which sometimes can be higher than the selling price of our products.
So we use a weight table in our delivery cost, which add the delivery cost per weight and size of our products. We do not earn anything on the delivery. And we promise to do our best to find the most reliable and cheapest delivery.
Since 2020 May 01, we will ship our products from our workshop in Hong Kong. We do not like over production which cause a lot of waste and be bad to the environment, so most of the products you received will be made when we received your orders. That is why you will get your vegan products fresh from our workshop in Hong Kong.
We have business agreement with companies such as Hong Kong Post, DHL, PostNord and UPS. They can offer the fastest and most reliable shipments worldwide.
